We value the dreams, aspirations and goals of persons with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and their right to a full, productive and responsible role in society.
Currently over 500 individuals and their families benefit from the wide variety of services provided by ARC, such as vocational programs, community integration, therapeutic intervention and residential options. ARC focuses on assisting the developmentally disabled to actively participate in home and community life through personal skills development, employment, social activities and volunteerism.
Vehicle Donation Program
The Arc of the United States Car Donation Program accepts ALL vehicles, regardless of age and condition. We will take care of ALL the operational issues from responding to incoming calls, to setting up the towing, to providing the donor will all donor acknowledgment letters to include the IRS tax documentation. Please consider donating your vehicle.

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for services, an individual must possess a diagnosis of a developmental disability as defined by OPWDD. The onset of the disability must occur prior to the age of 22. Such diagnoses are listed to the right.
Some individuals who do not meet the above listed diagnoses may still be eligible for Supported Employment services based on ACCES eligibility.
We are committed to establishing open lines of communication so that any employee or
volunteer may feel comfortable in reporting any concerns they may have. Communication
is the most important key in making the Corporate Compliance Program a success.
