Structured activities and supports provided in natural settings or agency facilities to promote independence, inclusion, choice, self-esteem and skill development.

COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES

Individualized services designed to build skills and foster independence. The Habilitation Services Department provides one-on-one staffing supports to children and adults.

FREE STANDING RESPITE

Respite Services provide temporary relief for families or other caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities. Respite provides a fun and activity filled weekend.

A structured work environment focused on improving work skills to help transition to employment in the local community.

Residential Services are designed to enable individuals to live as independently as possible via opportunities received through residential living experiences.

CVI JANITORIAL SERVICES

A professional janitorial service that has provided quality cleaning services for over 15 years in the Clinton County area while providing jobs to people with disabilities.

MEDICAID SERVICE

COORDINATION

Designed  to prevent and detect fraudulent activity, encourage a Culture of Compliance, promote and maintain the Code of Conduct to all employees, board and committee members, and volunteers, provide confidential and anonymous methods of reporting compliance issues, enforce non-retaliation and retribution policies, audit and review programs to ensure they are compliant with applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance.

SDS is an option that empowers people with disabilities and their families to design and manage services based on their individual needs and goals. SDS supports the essence of community inclusion, and because the SDS Plan is individually created by the individual and those the individual chooses to help, each SDS plan is as unique as the participant who designed it. With assistance from a Financial Intermediary Services (FI), SDS participants control their own individualized, portable SDS budgets, and may choose to hire and manage their own staff supports.  You are also able to still utilize traditional services offered by the agency.
