In both types of Day Habilitation, each person receives an individually designed program of general assistance in accordance with their Individualized Service Plan (ISP). Day Habilitation helps individuals to succeed more effectively within their environment by developing services that are directed toward acquisition, retention, and/or improvement of skills in the following areas:

Clinton County residents with a Developmental Disability as defined by OPWDD. Cost: None to Medicaid eligible individuals.

GROUP DAY HABILITATION

Services are based out of either the PATH Building (279 New York Road) or Champlain Valley Industries (9 Industrial Boulevard), and are provided between 8:30am - 3:00pm, Monday through Friday.

 

SUPPLEMENTAL GROUP DAY HABILITATION

Services are community based in nature, and are provided after 3:00pm during the week and any time on the weekends.
